What’s included in my session fee?
The session fee covers your time in the studio, the setup, and the experience of creating your images.
Direct delivery of your yearbook images to the school.
Digital images and printed products are purchased separately.
Can I bring multiple outfits?
The experience you choose determines the number of looks.
Bring something extra just in case. We’ll help you choose what works best during your session.
What should I bring to my session?
Outfits you feel confident in
Accessories (jackets, hats, jewelry)
Items that reflect your interests (sports, hobbies, etc.)
For the Drape, bring a spaghetti strapped shirt.
Should I get my hair and makeup done?
Yes, this is recommended.
Hair, makeup, fresh haircuts, and spray tans all photograph better on camera.
We recommend having haircuts and spray tans done a few days before your session.
This allows everything to settle and photograph naturally.
Do you help with posing?
Yes.
Bring an open mind and expect excitement at the door.
We guide you through everything, how to stand, where to look, what to do.
Who can I bring with me?
You may bring up to two guests.
Choose people who support you, keep the energy right, and allow you to stay focused during your session.
We love a good HYPE team.
What happens after the session?
After your session, you’ll review your images the same day.
You’ll choose your favorites for the yearbook and purchase what you love prints, digitals, or both.
(Same day viewing subject to availability. If same day view is unavailable, we will schedule a time to come in a review your images.
How much do I need to pay to place a same day order?
You can pay in full or choose a payment plan.
Orders $250 or less are paid in full
Orders under $500 require a 50% deposit
Orders over $500 require a 25% deposit
This secures your images and allows us to move forward with your order.
What happens if I can’t place an order the same day?
No worries!
If you’re unable to order, a separate ordering appointment may be scheduled with a minimum order requirement.
What happens if I need to cancel a session?
Session fees are non-refundable and secure your reserved date, and yearbook images for the school.
Rescheduling is available with a three day notice.
Without sufficient notice a rescheduling fee will apply.
Session locations depend on your experience.

Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
